Heat and cold therapy are often recommended to help relieve an aching pain that results from muscle or joint damage. … Cold treatment reduces inflammation by decreasing blood flow. Apply within 48 hours after an injury. Heat treatment promotes blood flow and helps muscles relax. Use once inflammation goes down.

Can I pay by card?

The sports massage team and osteopaths take cards, and they can also be paid by bank transfer or cash. Receipts can be provided for all forms of payment.
